# Tiered rewarding

The new rewarding system is structured into 3 tiers, that distinguish entry level holders from more invested ones.

### Tier 1: Entry Level

We did not want to exclude those who may not have the means to purchase $TRSRY but have invested their time in participating in our learn-to-earn platform Treasury Academy. 

Holders of the minimum qualifying amount of $TRSRY that can be earned through Academy will therefore be eligible to receive 0.01% of their $TRSRY holdings, paid to them daily in $UtiliteX.

***Important:*** at the time of going to print the min. qualifying amount is 628 $TRSRY but this will increase with every new course that is published.

### Tier 2: Growth Level

This tier is targeted at committed holders of the Treasury XRPL project and the Treasury Ecosystem committed to increasing their holdings over time. 

To qualify for this Tier, holders need to have a minimum of 20K $TRSRY AND 60K $UtiliteX.

By holding these qualifying amounts, holders will receive 0.16% of their $TRSRY holding, paid to them daily in $UtiliteX.

### Tier 3: Competitive Level

This Tier is targeted at the most invested holders who have accumulated sizeable amounts of both $TRSRY and $UtiliteX.

To qualify for this Competitive Tier, holders need to have a minimum of 100K $TRSRY, but also crucially need to MATCH the XRP value of their $TRSRY holding with the XRP value of their $UtiliteX holding.

Those holders will receive 0.32% of their $TRSRY holding, paid to them daily in $UtiliteX.
